A: Send us an e-mail or call us as soon as possible. Please include all the information you have (order number, order date, products ordered, how to contact you, etc.), so we can respond as soon as possible.

A: After placing your order online, you will be taken to a page that shows your order number. An order confirmation will be sent automatically by e-mail within minutes after you submit your order. Q: When will my order be processed?
A: Expected processing time is one business day. Orders received before 2:00 p.m. CST will likely be shipped the same day, depending on our volume. We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. You will receive a final order confirmation once your order has been shipped, if you provided an email address. If we ship your order via UPS, you will also recieve a tracking number that will allow you to track your order in real-time. If there is a problem with the processing of your order, we will attempt to contact you by e-mail or by phone.
